This month's Epiphany Bagel

March's epiphany is our Granola Bagel. This lightly sweet, hearty bagel is studded with our house-made granola, crafted from organic old-fashioned oats, almonds, walnuts, pecans, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, olive oil, and honey.

As it bakes, the granola toasts into the crust, creating a bagel with deep nutty flavor, gentle sweetness, and irresistible crunch. It’s wholesome, satisfying, and just indulgent enough- perfect with a swipe of schmear, a drizzle of honey, or enjoyed simply on its own.
